Dr. Daniel Shinsako earned his DVM from the University of Illinois in 2021 and completed advanced surgical training through internships in Colorado and San Diego, followed by a surgical residency and a master's degree at the University of Illinois. He is excited to return to California and join the VCA ASEC team. His interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, exploring LA's food scene, and spending time with his dog, Kai, and cat, Ember.
