Dr. Jordan Ziegler is a dedicated veterinarian with advanced training in small animal emergency and critical care. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University. Following veterinary school, she pursued a rotating internship at Mississippi State University, where she further strengthened her clinical foundation. Dr. Ziegler went on to complete a residency in Emergency and Critical Care at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in San Diego before becoming a board-certified criticalist.
Originally from Lexington, South Carolina, Dr. Ziegler brings a warm, grounded approach to her clinical work. Her professional interests include sepsis, coagulopathies, and endocrine emergencies, with a particular passion for managing complex, critically ill patients.
Outside of the hospital, she enjoys gardening and working in the yard, building and DIY projects, and grilling. She shares her home with three beloved pets—Finley the pittie, and Pablo and Chickpea the pugs.
