Following veterinary school, Dr. Lovasz completed a one-year rotating small animal internship at The Animal Medical Center in New York City in 2013. Dr. Lovasz continued to pursue a path in anesthesia and recently completed a three-year residency in anesthesia as well as a Master’s Degree in clinical veterinary science with the Ohio State University.

When not at Northwest Veterinary Specialists, Dr. Lovasz enjoys exploring Portland with his family, and spending time with his sphynx cats, Auggie and Thelma.
