Hello, my name is Anika and I am a veterinary technician in training at VCA A Plus Animal Hospital. I have been in the veterinary field for two years. I am from California and I joined the veterinary field because I love learning and am very excited to be a veterinarian. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science and soon, will be attending Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine. My interests include orthopedic surgery. I have two animals—a 4-year-old dog named Mika, who is the sweetest doggy; and a 9-year-old cat named Harmony, who loves to sleep and cuddle. I love spending time outdoors and with friends in my spare time.
