Hello, my name is Julia, and I am a veterinary assistant at VCA A Plus Animal Hospital. I have been in the veterinary field for four years. I am originally from California, but have lived in Reno for eight years. I joined the veterinary field because I love animals and have always wanted to help with their health and care. I am an aquarium hobbyist and plan on owning a farm with a variety of animals. I have three animals—a 15-year-old Australian shepherd named Muffin, who is the sweetest angel with a good natured attitude, and a 15-year-old mini Australian shepherd named Samson, who is such a good boy and loves to eat. Lastly, a 5-year-old Heeler/Australian shepherd mix named Koda, who is too smart for his own good, but a quirky boy.
