Alexandra Lovrinic

Staff Veterinarian - Surgical Intern DVM

Alexandra Lovirnic is certainly bringing the love to VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital this year as she joins our team for her surgical internship. Originating from the City of Brotherly Love, then relocating to Virginia for school, she obtained her undergraduate degree in biology, with honors from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She went on to complete her doctorate in veterinary medicine at Virginia Tech and rounded out her experience with a rotating internship at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tampa.

Dr. Lovirnic brings her lifelong love of animals and a special interest in brachycephalic surgery to her practice.

She is excited to warm up in our sunny state and we are excited for her to bring the love to our team.

Education: Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, 2022
