Dr. Tatiana Matos was born and raised in Puerto Rico and attended the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez for undergraduate and the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in Santo Domingo, DR, for veterinary school where she lived and worked for 3 years. After completing the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates program she moved to Miami, FL, to start her career as a general practitioner.

Living in the tropics, Dr. Matos developed a special interest in dermatology and is excited to develop that interest with our VCA Hollywood Dermatology Department and is ready to help all of her patients and guardians with all of their ER and GP veterinary needs.

During her free time, Dr. Matos loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, kayaking and working on her backyard garden. After work she returns home to her playful, crazy, loving little cat, Kiwi.
