Dr. Karlie Kelly

Dr. Kelly is a Tucson native and grew up in the Civano area. She attended Empire High School and went on to major in veterinary sciences at the University of Arizona. After getting her undergraduate degree, she began working at VCA Civano Animal Hospital as a technician and continued to work here while attending the U of A College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in August of 2025 and is happy to continue her career in veterinary medicine as a veterinarian at the same hospital that has helped her hone her technical and clinical management skills over the years. Community is very important to Dr. Kelly, and being able to serve the community she grew up in by offering exceptional veterinary care has been her long-time goal. She has a desire to treat a wide variety of animals, from dogs and cats to large animals and exotics. Her special interests include emergency medicine, cardiology, and orthopedics. When she is not working, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pets. They have two dogs, a beagle named Blair and an Australian shepherd named Brynn, and a tortoiseshell cat named Bonnie.
