Dr. Luke Hernandez is a proud South Florida native, born and raised in Miami. He earned his bachelor's degree in animal science at the University of Florida before heading west to complete his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
While he enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Hernandez has a special interest in veterinary dermatology and is passionate about helping pets find relief from skin conditions that can affect their comfort and quality of life. He values building trust with clients and working together to find practical, effective solutions for their pets.
Outside of the hospital, you can find Dr. Hernandez cheering on South Florida sports teams, playing video games, and spending time with his cat, Hades, who keeps him on his toes and reminds him daily why he loves what he does.
