Dr. Iden is a native of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She received her BVMS from the University of Glasgow, after which she stayed on for over a year as a teaching assistant then instructor. For the next 10 years, Dr. Iden worked as a small animal veterinarian in both emergency and general practice in the Vancouver, BC, area. In 2022, Dr. Iden relocated to Massachusetts and completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Angell West and Angell Animal Medical Center. Wanting the best of both worlds, Dr. Iden accepted a position at VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital in 2024 as part of the General Practice and Emergency & Critical Care teams.

Dr. Iden loves all aspects of preventive and emergency medicine and has a special interest in neurological and surgical emergencies.
