Dr. Frager is a 2020 graduate of the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. After graduation, he completed a one-year small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in NJ. Following his internship, Dr. Frager started a residency in avian and exotic medicine and surgery at the University of Tennessee, before transferring to the Texas Avian and Exotic Hospital for a residency position in exotic companion mammals. During his residency, Dr. Frager developed a special interest in emergency medicine for all species which led him to join the staff at VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital as part of the Emergency and Critical Care team in 2023.

In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Frager's professional interests also include toxicology and infectious diseases.
