Heather earned her Associates Degree with honors from North Shore Community College's Veterinary Technician program in 2014, and she passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam to become a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2015. She gained experience working at three other animal hospitals while she was in school, and she's also worked at two doggy daycare facilities and volunteered at MSPCA spay/neuter clinics. Heather is a Certified Fear Free™ Professional.
Heather studied literature at the State University of New York at Purchase, and she earned her BA in English and Psychology from U-Mass Lowell. She lives north of Boston with her two cats, Skimp and Calina.
