Tsekani Jackson is the CSR manager at VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center, where he brings a thoughtful, team-centered approach to client service and hospital operations. Originally from Ohio, he earned his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019 and also holds a BA from Syracuse University.
Tsekani is passionate about developing strong teams and creating a positive experience for both clients and staff. He values collaboration, professional growth, and building an environment where communication, compassion, and service excellence remain at the forefront of patient care.
Outside of the hospital, Tsekani enjoys writing, traveling, and exploring music.
