Born and raised in the beautiful state of Oregon, Jayden is an energetic, outdoorsy PNW Native, with over 10 years of exceptional client relations experience. During her career development, Jayden gained management experience and honed her skills interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and encouraging staff development all while pinpointing opportunities to improve the client journey. She effectively uses the vast array of knowledge, skills and tools she has at her disposal to drive successful client strategies. Maintaining solid communication and building long-lasting client and staff relations with vigor, she is a confident and compassionate leader. Passionate about guiding and assisting others to be the best versions of themselves, she continually strives for improved client/staff retention and satisfaction. It is our good fortune to have a manager who jumps in with good ideas to improve processes that relate to a better client experience!
When not at work, Jayden enjoys spending time with her husband Alex and family; camping, fishing, beach trips, and exploring exceptional hideouts in and around the Pacific Northwest.
Sharing her home and love with her precious fur babies Bambi, Pork and Beans is considered a highlight of her day upon arriving home.
