- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University
- Clinical year at Colorado State University
- A small animal rotating internship at Colorado Animal Specialty and Emergency
- Radiation Oncology Residency at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital
In her free time, Dr. Thorsen enjoys hiking, running, swimming, and playing with her three dogs. She also has two very cuddly cats who provide excellent emotional support. Dr. Thorsen is thrilled to be farther north than Florida!
