Dr. Lauren Ayala completed her undergraduate studies at UC San Diego before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from UC Davis in 2008. Following graduation, she completed a year-long internship at Loomis Basin, where she continued to expand her knowledge and clinical skills. Drawn to the fast-paced environment and diverse caseload at our hospital, Dr. Ayala chose to stay on as an associate veterinarian.
Her professional interests include emergency medicine and surgery, and she is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every pet she treats.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ayala enjoys spending time at the lake, cooking, and making memories with her family and three beloved dogs—a Labradoodle, a Yorkie mix, and a Chihuahua mix.
