Dr. Rika Kumar is originally from the California Bay Area. She completed her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from UC San Diego before earning her veterinary degree at Western University. She is currently a rotating intern at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. Outside of work, you can find Dr. Kumar enjoying any and all outdoor activities, such as going to the beach and hiking around Malibu. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and orange tabby named Ilia.
