Dr. Jared Palmquist is a Los Angeles native who gained early veterinary experience working as a technician assistant at his father's veterinary clinic during summer vacations. He earned his BS in biology from UC Riverside, merging his passion for animal care with his love of the natural sciences.
Dr. Palmquist received his DVM from UC Davis, where he developed a strong interest in dentistry and oral surgery. He then completed his rotating internship at VCA West Los Angeles, followed by a dentistry and oral surgery residency at Colorado State University. Dr. Palmquist is excited to be back at VCA West Los Angeles as a part of the dentistry and oral surgery team!
