Grace Pechman

Associate Veterinarian

DVM

Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Grace Pechman completed her bachelor's degree at UW–Green Bay before earning her veterinary degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, with her clinical year at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

As someone with a disability, she sees the importance and value of inclusion and accessibility firsthand. Her goal is to help the veterinary profession be more inclusive towards individuals and communities with disabilities, especially those with hearing loss. Although not discussed enough, she believes that applying Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) into our daily lives is vital for everyone's success, especially when it comes to patient care. She wants the community to know that there are professionals with disabilities who care about them and their pets.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, bird watching, and baking, along with hanging out with her family, friends, two dogs (Tiramisu and Mango) and two cats (Echo Bean and Jasmine).
