Dr. Kaitlyn Sage earned her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Long Island, New York, she is excited to embrace Southern California's sunshine while continuing to advance her training and clinical skills.
Dr. Sage's professional interests include surgery, neurology, inpatient management, and veterinary business. She is particularly passionate about surgery and plans to pursue a small animal surgical residency in the future. She enjoys the collaborative nature of specialty medicine and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients and their families.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Sage enjoys horseback riding, beekeeping, and traveling. She shares her home with Goose, a field-line Golden Retriever, and Lark, a blue tabby Domestic Shorthair cat, who keep her company when she's not caring for patients. Dr. Sage is excited to continue learning from a wide range of specialists while building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.
