Dr. Rachel Garrett grew up in New York and has since called many places home throughout her journey in veterinary medicine. She earned her veterinary degree from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year, followed by a rotating internship, at Tufts University.
Outside of the hospital, she enjoys horseback riding, dog training, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows and movies. Sharing her home with several beloved pets, Dr. Garrett has an AK/Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix named Zara, a Belgian Malinois named Simon, and two domestic shorthair cats, Sophie and Simon.
