Team Spotlight
Dr. Carl Budelsky is from southern Illinois and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. He completed an ophthalmology internship in Illinois and a fellowship in ocular pathology at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Budelsky returned to the University of Illinois for an ophthalmology residency. He is board certified and has practiced in Indiana since 2005. His professional interests include cataract surgery, ocular pathology, corneal grafts, and ocular manifestation of systemic diseases. Dr. Budelsky enjoys living in Indianapolis with his wife and pets.
Danielle hails from the East Coast. Born in New Jersey, but raised in Virginia. She found her passion for veterinary medicine after attending college at Virginia Tech where history and sociology just were not her thing and she began working as a camp counselor where she taught horseback riding lessons to children and beginner adults. She moved on to be a barn manager and when it was decided that her family was moving to Indiana, she switched from the large animals to small animals and took up an interest in anesthesia, specifically in surgery and dentistry. She worked at a general practice for 10 years before ...
Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, college soccer led Liv to both Tennessee and California. After maintaining her bachelor's degree, coaching soccer and moving back to her home state, she graduated from the Vet Tech Institue in 2019. Since, she has gained experience with surgery and emergency medicine but ultimately ended up in her dream department, Physical Rehabilitation. With a fondness of sports medicine, Liv feels particularly passionate about the orthopedic cases. She feels fortunate every day to work with the best team out there!
