Katie graduated with her Associate's and Bachelor degrees in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University in 2008/2009. She pursued furthering her career by working at Purdue's Veterinary Teaching hospital for 11 years in Small Animal Internal Medicine as well as at the University of Georgia's Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Small Animal Internal Medicine. She loves teaching others about diseases and procedures in Internal Medicine and helping others discover what their passions are in the veterinary field. Katie also very much enjoys spending time with family and friends and her two cats, Dorthy and Mr. Moo.
